Shipping international:
- Shipping takes 7-21 working days by a third-party courier company.
- Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
REFUND POLICY
Refund, return or exchange are not possible
- in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced, subject to informing us within 7 working days from the delivery date.
- alterations are possible with additional charges 50 AED and delivery charges are covered by customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
