Delivery/Shipping Policy

BY AMAL ABAYA & CLOTHING is a UAE based company.
Shipping within the UAE:

• Shipping takes 7-14 working days by a third-party courier company. (Time can be extended during Eid periods)
• Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 on domestic orders.

Shipping international:

• Shipping takes 7-21 working days by a third-party courier company.
• Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

REFUND POLICY

Refund, return or exchange are not possible

• in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced, subject to informing us within 7 working days from the delivery date.
• alterations are possible with additional charges 50 AED and delivery charges are covered by customer. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Customer can not cancel or change their order once order is placed.
• Any order that is sent out for delivery and not recieved by the customer or there is no reply from the customer within 1 month are considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
