Delivery/Shipping Policy

BY AMAL ABAYA & CLOTHING is a UAE based company.
Shipping within the UAE:

• Shipping takes 7-14 working days by a third-party courier company. (Time can be extended during Eid periods)
• Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 on domestic orders.

Shipping international:

• Shipping takes 7-21 working days by a third-party courier company.
• Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

REFUND POLICY

Refund, return or exchange are not possible

• in case of any mistake in the order from our side (item received not matching the order placed or item is damaged), item will be altered or replaced, subject to informing us within 3 days from the delivery date and returning the wrong or damaged item within 3 days from the delivery date with its original received packaging without washing or using it. 
  
  
• alterations are possible based on our assessment with additional charges 150 AED and delivery charges are covered by customer.
• Printed abayas can have printing marks or lines due to printing machines, they are not considered as damaged items and no returns are issued. Customer agrees to this point in case of ordering.
  
• In case the customer chose buttons option and the abaya is delivered without button, a refund of 30 AED will be issued as a discount code for future orders. 
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Customer can not cancel or change their order once order is placed.
• Any order that is sent out for delivery and not recieved by the customer or there is no reply from the customer within 1 month are considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
